Brief Description:  Completing the rudder

After bending the rudder, I was ready to celco the R-801 skin to the R-703 tip rib and R-713 counterbalance skin to the rudder skeleton.

I clamped the R-716 rudder bottom attach strips to the assembly. I matched drilled the R-710 rudder horn brace and the R-716 rudder bottom attach strips to the rudder assembly using the holes in the R-801 and the R-704 as a drill guide.

It was easier clecoing the one side first, where I lined up the holes on the other side before drilling. Moved onto the second side.
